G+_Joshua Gaede
I was watching know how. and the stream deck came up. I love the idea, and I wanted to share something that streamlabs put out for their OBS fork. https://blog.streamlabs.com/introducing-remote-control-for-streamlabs-obs-the-ultimate-hotkey-system-for-your-stream-664c4cedb815 https://blog.streamlabs.com/introducing-remote-control-for-streamlabs-obs-the-ultimate-hotkey-system-for-your-stream-664c4cedb815
G+_Ben Reese
An app could make for a much cheaper and more versatile remote. Especially when you figure you can get a Fire tablet for $50 or an Android phone for $30.
G+_Joshua Gaede
it doesnt have the versatility that the stream deck does because it only works with streamlabs version of OBS but still a great tool.
G+_Ben Reese
Ah, gotcha. There's potential there though. Especially when you figure the Stream Deck is just emulating A keyboard (if I understand it correctly).
G+_Joshua Gaede
From what I get from the streamdeck is that its more of a macro keyboard with illuminated keys. Either way being able to swtich scenes on the fly with a push of a button is pretty awesome. This can bring that capability without the price tag.
