G+_Duncan Jaffrey
I'm seeing a disturbing trend out of I:CES 5.5" is norm. Lenovo P90 5.5", Lenovo X2 Pro 5.3", Asus Zoom 5.5", Asus Zenfone 2 5.5", Lg Gflex 2 5.5". I know its not even day 1 and MWC is still 6 weeks away but I'm still going with disturbing trend. I'm tracking all new phones announcements on Google sheets and there isn't a single device under 5.3". Where is my ultra premium 5 - 5.2" device??? Come on z4 with Qi charging (which none of the above listed in their specs :( )
G+_Bill DeWitt
I've been predicting a rebound for a while how, I thought I read something about a smaller phone earlier but I can't find it now. Sizes have been swinging back and forth for 30 years. Recent phones have been too big for even my large hands, so it's almost time for them to go small again. I predict that phones will settle at about 5" until we go with implants.
G+_Duncan Jaffrey
Bill DeWitt I hope so, but I think we have a little more of the 5.5" and above phones before they settle back. I'm writing of 2015 as a 5" flagship phone year, perhaps sony will come in at 5.2" again. Hope I'm wrong
G+_Elizabeth Whitmire
I have tiny hands, but now that I'm used to a 5.5" phone, I don't know how I managed with anything smaller.
