There's no question that there's more "engagement" on Facebook, for most people, but G+ has better engagement, imho. Plus, nobody would say there isn't enough engagement on Twitter, but there's more on G+ than Twitter. It also needs to be said that G+ is the newest and fastest growing of the three.
