Still testing it out but the site I linked here goes into detail what you can do with this. I also love that it has Tasker/Locale integration. Hopefully Google will add something like this into Google Now so I won't need an app to trigger it. Only thing I wished it would do (like any of these types of apps) would be to read messages in Hangouts that aren't SMS.
