G+_Marlon Thompson
Get ready to start your dance party Because of the audio limitations of Android, DJ apps are hard to find on the platform, Jason Howell has spoken many times about this on AAA. However I think I found one of the first good ones. I have been playing with Cross DJ all day and had tons of fun. I'm ready to host my first dance party. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mixvibes.crossdjapp https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mixvibes.crossdjapp

G+_Marlon Thompson
NP Jason Howell and on that latency issue with Android I found this little tidbit from the makers of the app Mixvibes on a comment thread About Cross DJ for Android and latency In our development process, we have struggled with the legendary Android latency problem We got pleasantly surprised that on some Android devices with some secret tuning we could reach a latency as low as on iOS devices That's why having a low latency on an Android DJ app is possible with some devices, but not all. Indeed, with 1500 devices running on Android and 4 different Android versions, it's hardly impossible to test all configurations That is also why we developed a quantize feature, in order to make DJing easier even on less powerful devices I can confirm on the Nexus 7 (2013) I have not had any latency issues
G+_Kirk Winterrowd
Will give it a shot on my Note 8 then and will take a look at Mixvibes as well. Thanks Marlon Thompson
